When you want to lose weight fast and remove toxins from your body, a juicing diet could be just the thing you need. Whether you try it for a few days or juice for an entire week, you are definitely going to lose weight. A juice only diet is suitable for a short period of juicing. If you want to stick with the juice plan for a longer period of time, you will need to eat lean protein as well.

Your calorie intake is going to be low. Since you aren't getting protein when you juice, you don't want to stay on this diet for too long. Your juice diet should be no more than seven days unless you plan to eat protein with it as well.

A juice diet isn't going to meet all your nutritional needs. If you find yourself feeling too hungry, you can add some plain yogurt to the juice. Juice diets lack fiber and they lack protein so you won't want to stay on the juice only diet for long.

When you go on a juice only diet, the weight is going to come off fast because you aren't eating any fat or carbohydrates. Juice diets are good for detoxing your body and will help clean out your liver and kidneys. Many people report a positive change in their mood and skin condition.

Juice diets often make you feel better since you aren't eating gluten. You might just learn that you are allergic to gluten. If you start feeling too weak while you are on the diet, you should eat three healthy snacks each day with your juice like protein, dairy, and high-iron food like dried fruit and beans. The snacks will allow you stay on the diet for longer.

You will burn body fat when you are on a juice diet. Try to avoid juicing too many fruits that have a high sugar content as they can cause insulin spikes that will make you feel tired or cause you to crave food, which will make it hard to stick with your diet. You can use a small amount of high sugar fruit to improve the taste of the juice, but try to use more vegetables than fruit when you start juicing.

A juice diet gives your digestive system a break which allows it to release toxins. Your system is also going to be flooded with nutrients that it doesn't normally get. The juice diet is going to clear out your body in a way that no other diet can accomplish.

You can drink as much juice a day as you want to, but start out slowly. Your body isn't going to be used to a juicing diet and you don't want to overwhelm your system on the first day. As your body gets used to the diet, gradually increase the amount of juice you consume.
